How scoring works
Each answer scores 1–5. The total is 10–50 and maps to four published reporting bands.
What it cannot do
K10 cannot diagnose a disorder or explain why you feel a certain way.
Personalisation with boundaries
Your paragraph reflects which response theme was strongest. It never changes the K10 score or invents a diagnosis.
